I
have experience working with Automatic Bar Loaders: Citizen's
Cav, FMB, IEMCA and LNS.
Older CNC machines control bar feeders by M-code and subprogram. Depending on type of Bar
Loader and CNC Machine, this might be;
M54, M55. or M76, M77 or M83, M84.
Of course Bar Loader will require setup :-)
However working with new generation Bar Loaders such as FMB for Star or CAV for Citizen machines is nothing but fun :) These are totally integrated with CNC Machine.
I also have experience working with single Bar Feeders;
mechanical and hydraulic. This type of Bar Feeder is controlled by
subprogram or parameters,
this will depend on
equipment and initial setup.
This is a MUST for Swiss Style Screw Machines and efficient bar
works. |
